Responsibilities include document/case management, document production and summarizing, drafting subpoenas, assistance with discovery and pleadings, trial preparation, trial presentations, cite checking, privilege log preparation, research, issue analysis and other duties.
Requirements:
Candidate will have completed a Paralegal Certification Program (ABA Approved Preferred), four year college/university degree desirable and a minimum 5 years experience in case management of complex labor litigation actions; trial, hearing and deposition preparation; maintaining document repositories of produced documents; management of Summation database and Compulaw docket database; privilege documentation review and privilege log preparation; cite check; library, internet and database research; support of electronic discovery processes and production. Ideal Candidate will also have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, excellent communication skills, be a team player and be able to
prioritize and complete work effectively in an extremely fast paced environment.
