Q: I'm having problems uploading picture with my ad?

A: Make sure your image is in the correct format and size listed. Edit your image and try again. If you continue to have problem contact the Admin. But before contacting us, make sure you have followed the directions

Q: How secure is my information?

A: We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for secure registration. This means that your information is processed in a very secure manner. This system protects any information that you do not wish to make public in all transaction carried out in the site. Click here for other features of the site.

Q: Does Lawyards.com share its customer database with third party companies?

A: No. None of the information entered when you sign up as user is shared! Read our Privacy Policy

Q: Does Lawyards.com charge a percentage of sales on the site?

A: No. Advertisers transact directly with buyers, and Lawyards.com is in no way a party to any such relationship.

Q: Can I post in more than one county?

A: Yes. You may if you wish to do so. But remember that it counts towards your limited number of postings.

Q: How do I sign up or register?

A: Simply click on the sign up now button at the top of any page and follow the instructions. It is free and very simple.

Q: Do I have to sign up if I'm not selling anything?

A: You don't have to. But when you create an account, you are given a "favorites" folder where you can store your listings or ads of interest. This will also allow you to communicate with the listing party(ies).

Q: If I sell something, who contacts the buyer?

A: You do. Lawyards.com does not monitor communication between buyers and listing parties.

Q: How do I upload my photos?

A: To upload a photo from your computer, simply place the image on your desktop. When placing your ad, you will be asked to upload your photo. Click the browse button and locate the photo you saved on your desktop. The final step will be to click the upload button. The site will automatically configure the first photo you upload and place a thumbnail photo to the left of your ad.

Q: How current are the advertisements in Lawyards.com?

A: Most of the ads are placed by users of the site for a certain duration. Ads automatically expire at the end of this period if not renewed. The professional or seller who places the ad is also able to delete or display a sold sign on their ad. This feature can be found when editing your ads. This will prevent unwanted communication when the item is sold. Our staff also checks the site constantly for ads that may have been left inadvertently.

Q: How do I find my lost password?

A: Click on the log in button. At the sign page you are given the option to request that your password be sent to you. State your user name and our system will automatically send your password to your email address

Q: Do I need to log out?

A: Although it may not be necessary, but it is advisable to log out after each use of the site.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: If you placed a paid advertisement, there will be no refunds once the ad has been published. Lawyards.com only issues refunds if there was an error that has been determined to be the fault of our staff.
